Repair worked
To replace this part you have to tear apart the entire freezer which takes time. Make sure you take pictures of where everything is supposed to go as you take it apart because the online instructions don't show the important connections or have close-ups. The first time I tried this Sears Part Direct had recommended and sent me the incorrect part so I had to tear apart my freezer, contact Sears, order the correct one, and put my freezer together and wait for the correct one to show up so that I could do it again (big pain, but they did let me return the wrong part for a refund since they messed up the first time). Expect 2-4 hours for the repair, I wish there were better instructions and pictures, and you will have to have some defrosting time so that you can finish the tearing apart.
