Easy to install, hard to come by!

I purchased my dishwasher about a year ago, but because we were in the middle of house renovations we couldn't try to install it until almost 7 months after the purchase. To my surprise, the power cord was not included with the unit and there began my quest to find the power cord. I went to the local Sears Parts Store asking for the power cord and the personnel did not know what I was talking about. Even after pulling up the schematics, they could not point out the correct part for the cord. Long story short, they could not help me at all!. I am glad I found online store, I was able to chat with a representative who knew right away what I needed.My only complaint with my experience has to do with the shopping charges. I paid almost $30 dollars for shipping and handling, which I found really expensive.

This part was missing from the dishwasher original

Even though I suppose to have this piece when dishwasher was delivered few month ego unfortunately was a missing piece and I have to pay aldough was Sears mistake ! Regardless to the time I open it! I will think about it before I buy again from sears
