Bad System Ensures Bad Customer Service

I specifically described that I needed the part that spays water into the tub, and got sent the part the hoses connect to on the back. The online system would not let me set up an exchange, so I had to do 2 more transactions; 1 return and 1 new order for the right part.

Wasn't too bad of a job installing this part.

The washer is designed to easily work on as the cabinet is easily removable. The only tricky part is getting it back on! I have done two different repairs on my washer and both times not too bad.
