$31 for a bulb that I found out later I could have purchased elsewhere for $15---Ridiculous!! And $10 to ship it that took 10 days. What a disgrace.Especially since I pay for a Maintenence Agreement every year.

Dryer Buld

After receiving the bulb and placing it in my dryer, the light does not work. As mentioned in previous feedback, it is not the bulb it is the socket itself. I am not willing to the socket repaired, so I will be sending the bulb back for a full refund.

I had troublefinding the correct bulb online. The Sears price was actually lower than the same bulb from internet suppliers. It still was a bit pricey! When I installed it, the light did not work, so I had to have the repairman come and fix a faulty swiitch.

The new bulb and lens cover arrived quickly, albeit separately. I could not install the new bulb, as the entire assembly had melted around the base of the old bulb and it could not be removed. And unfortunately, the bulb assembly part is no longer available.
