Water transformer was broken during the install of my washer and dryer. Ordered the part and it arrived on schedule. It is very easy to install the transformer. Everything is working fine now. This is a similar review I made earlier which was rejected for posting. That is why the rating is lower Then the five I gave that before. Not sure what they're looking for.

I didn't install it, my husband did while I was away. I'm assuming it's was easy as the water tank was working when I arrived home and my husband is not a handyman at all. If he could do it anyone can.
