Department filling order failed miserably!!!
Well, I can't keep this review focused on the product because I still do not have the right part. I ordered the part on line with the correct part number and A PICTURE OF THE PART. When the part finally arrived I opened the box to find a broken timer. However, that didn't matter because it was so obvious that I was sent the wrong part. The timer that was sent did not match in appearance or part number, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! When I called Sears Parts Direct they processed the exchange for the right part and stated that it would be expedited to me, but I a still waiting for the part to arrive.

The video from searspartsdirect.com made it easy.
I had an idea the problem was caused by the dryer timer because it would work on moisture sensing dry, but not timed dry. Eventually it failed to work at all. I called into searspartsdirect and explained the symptoms to confirm and was told the I needed a new timer. I ordered the part and followed youtube videos instructions on opening up the dryer. Depending on your model, there are various videos on how to open the dryer and actually getting to the timer.
